Information on your reservations and how to find us:

Arrival & Departure:

• Arrivals and departures are possible 7 days a week
• On the day of arrival, your room and the wellness area will be ready for you by around 14.00. Check-outs must be made by 11.00.
• Would you like to spend 1 extra day in our thermal baths on the day of your departure? 18,- € per person (as of 11.00) incl. snacks (room reserved)

Booking cancellations:

If you should need to cancel your reservations, during the holiday seasons A & B, there is a free cancellation notice of 3 weeks, during holiday season C, the notice must be made 6 weeks prior to. For later notifications, there will be an additional charge to cover the up-keep costs.
Cancellations are only valid if they meet the prerequisites as specified in a standard travel cancellation insurance.

Methods of payment:

Cash, German EC debit card or prepayment via wire transfer
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS !

Gift certificates:

Only valid with reservations made in advance and with the original documentation!

Local visitor&rsquos tax:

1,- € per day and per person (children ages 6-16 0,60 € per day)

Gourmet half pension (breakfast & dinner incl.):

You will be reimbursed € 15,- per adult for meals that you have not taken advantage of at our hotel

Children&rsquos prices incl. gourmet half board:

• children's bed: € 15,- per day
• additional bed in double or single room:
  • up to 5 years: € 15,- per day
  • 6-12 years: € 25,- per day
  • 13-16 years: € 35,- per day
• Childcare available upon request and for a small fee

Pets:

Your small and quiet dogs may stay at our hotel with proper notice in the double room type 3. Please bring your dog's bedding and a leash with you.
Please keep in mind that pets are not permitted in the restaurant, bar or lobby areas. Fee of 10,- € per day. (We do not offer any petcare services!)

1,- € / 2 min.

Squash court:

1 hour 10,- € (60 Min.),
racket rentals 3,- €

Mountain bike rentals:

1 day 8,- €, 1/2 day 6,- €

Tennis courts in the area:

1 hour approx. 8,- € (60 Min.)
