Your tasks
- Ensuring that everything runs smoothly in the bar area, including the lobby and smoking lounge
- Preparing spirits, cocktails, and all kinds of drinks according to the specified recipes and garnishes
- Preparing the necessary mise en place
- Monitoring stock levels and carrying out regular stocktaking
- Training of staff and trainees
- Courteous and warm service for our guests
- Supporting colleagues in the restaurant
- Attention to cleanliness and work materials at your own service area
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the hotel industry and/or professional experience in the hotel and catering sector
- Outgoing host who stands out through creativity, empathy, reliability, and the ability to work in a team
- Loyalty and professionalism when dealing with discerning guests
- Good command of German
- Excellent manners and a well-groomed appearance
