Our culinary philosophy
Behind every dish at the Angerhof lies a firm conviction: the finest ingredients deserve careful handling. Our kitchen team uses fresh, regional produce sourced from local suppliers and producers. Inspired by regional and international cuisine, each dish bears a distinctive signature. Our dishes are enhanced with herbs from our own organic herb garden.
Short supply chains and seasonal ingredients underpin our commitment to combining enjoyment with responsibility – an approach that has been recognised by the Bavarian Gold Environmental Seal since 1993. With themed evenings that change every week or buffets accompanied by live music, you can experience this philosophy in all its diversity.

In the panoramic restaurant, elegance and sweeping views provide a stylish setting for your evening meal. The unobstructed view across the Danube Valley accompanies every course, and festively decorated tables make the room the perfect venue for special occasions and celebrations.
