Your tasks
- Close collaboration with the head chef and restaurant management
- Ensuring compliance with defined quality standards
- Advising and assisting our guests, including personalised recommendations regarding food and drink choices
- Ensuring employee satisfaction and development
- Induction and training for service staff and trainees
- Planning and organising promotions and events
- Creating the wine and drinks list following consultation, maintaining the wine cellar, and placing regular orders
- Ensuring the proper storage and stocktaking of all goods
- Duty and holiday rota planning
- Responsibility for the cash register and accounting system
- Compliance with all health and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Focus on service, including organising and coordinating a smooth service process
Requirements
- Successful completion of a qualification in hospitality and/or experience in F&B
- Confidence when interacting with guests
- Independent and meticulous approach to work
- Flexibility, friendliness, resilience, the ability to work in a team, and willingness to help
