  • Managing, guiding, and training our service team
  • Leading menu planning meetings
  • Regular communication with our head chef and other departments
  • Allocating service stations and preparing seating plans
  • Organising and running events
  • Managing your own station, including the necessary mise en place
  • Welcoming and seating the guests
  • Professional and expert recommendations for guests
  • Proper training of our temporary staff and trainees
  • Promoting sales through active communication of our offers and promotions
Requirements
  • Completed vocational training and professional experience in upscale gastronomy
  • Experience in managing a service team
  • Well-groomed appearance and impeccable manners
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Motivation to share your knowledge and experience
  • Leadership skills and a strong commitment to quality
  • Enthusiasm and passion for customer service
